Additional policies, notes, and fees of importance:
1. All new sites that
customers delay in forwarding us info on for more than 45 days will revert
to update status and fees.
2. All sites are saved
direct to our hosting server. We do not save any info direct onto our work
computers due to overload of space on our hard drives. Back up of a site
can be sent as show in the options above.
3. If after notification and subsequent expiration of
a site a client still wishes to renew after expiration, they can do so
only within 14 days of expiration date for a late fee of $75. This
procedure warrants a fee we must pass on to the client due to their delay.
After 14 days we can no longer retrieve the expired site. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please don't let this happen to you. Renew PRIOR to expiation!! This means
payment in full must be received prior to expiration date of site.

4. If customer wishes to "take over" their
site, GVG will release the domain name fully to owner (if managed fully by
GVG as acting site "owner") and/or no longer
host from time of termination for the release processing fee of $250.
Customer must coordinate other means for
domain name transfer/purchase and new hosting. We will process a release with official request
only for domain name switch and/or new web hosting company. We do not
allow access into any GVG managed sites FTP files at any time, or
for/during a release Please ask your new company to copy the site in
entirety prior to our release to them. Once site is released and no longer
under our control, we cannot retrieve any files. Please make sure your new
company is aware of this before requesting any release of your site. We do
not deal with outside 3rd parties during transfer. Client must deal direct
with GVG during transfer, and forward any emails from new service
provider.
Use
any of the images created, or edited by GVG outside of the original form
sent, require any/all images be credited to
www.GoldenVentureGraphics.com with website link under each
image/graphic and a $20 per image use fee per year for 5 years ( fee is
only in effect for the first 5 years, due immediately upon use, and then
billed yearly the 1st of the month in which use started)
